How do I get a refill of my medication?  Please call your pharmacy and allow 72 hours for your request to be processed. If you have not been into the office to follow up on your medical problems related to the medication recently, you may be asked to make an appointment before the refill can be granted.


How do I get referral?  Please call our main number and push #2.  Then leave the name of the specialist you wish to see, the date and time you are going to see the specialist and the reason you are visiting the specialist.  You may be asked to see one of our practitioners if you have not discussed your issue in a recent office visit or physical.  Please allow 3-5 business days to complete a non urgent referral


What insurances do you participate with? We participate with most insurances.  We are not accepting new Medicare or Medicaid patients at this time.


How do I receive my lab results?  Our providers will either mail a letter with your normal results or you may need to make an office visit to discuss your results.


How long will it take to get an appointment? We have same day appointments everyday for urgent matters. Generally we can accommodate your follow up appointment and Physicals within 2 weeks.


How do I access the patient portal?  The patient portal is a secure email system.

Click on the link and register.  If you do not get a reply from your provider within 48 hours, please call the office.


Who do I call after hours? We have providers on call after hours for emergencies.  Please call our main number (703) 421-7000 and our answering service will page a provider for you. We are affiliated with the Loudoun Medical Group Immediate Care Center.  They are available for your urgent care needs when we are not available and have access to your medical record.  Visit them at


Who do I call about billing? For billing question  - Our billing office number is 703-443-6717


 Can you treat the whole family? Yes, we see newborn to elderly patients


Do you accept new patients?  Yes, we are accepting new patients.
